Changing note stem direction

- Set the cursor (keys Left, Right, Up, Down) on the desired note or select desired note(s).
- Change the stem direction using the Shift+Up, Shift+Down keys.
- Activate the
tools panel (using the mouse or the Alt+M hotkey).
Change stem directions using the «Stem up»

buttons.
