Adding a design element

Activate the  tools panel (using the mouse or the Alt+D hotkey).
To set the properties of additional design elements, press the arrow of the corresponding «Text color», «Line color», «Fill color», «Text style», «Line style», «Fill style», or «Line width» button.
Press the «Text», «Line», «Pointer», «Rectangle», «Ellipse», or «Picture» button, move the mouse cursor over the desired position on the staff and press the left mouse button. Set the properties for «Text» and «Picture» in the opened dialog.
