new/old topic - the W32.Induc.A infection problem

Hello All,

Apologies for revisiting a topic from August of last year, but I need an answer ASAP.  Norton Anti-virus has just quarantined my paid copy of MS6 right when I need to create a bunch of charts! This (see subject line) virus seems to be the problem. I am now dead in the water with no way to use the program. I've emailed the support staff w/ no reply yet. I tracked down an old thread on this forum with the administrator saying a clean version of the program would be created. This was in August of 2009. I can't find anything on the MS website pointing me to a clean download - or even if the problem was ever truly solved.

Any info and/or solutions would be most gratefully appreciated.

You simply have to download the newest clean version. This update is free.

Induc.a is not hurmful virus? thats why it was not recognized by any anivirus that's why we couldn't protect our team and clients from this virus. We are sorry that you received before August 13 2009 infected file.

You can our software now with any antivirus and be confident that all our software is clean. For example you can use virustotal.com for free check with 41 antivirus for free.
